I am a Westerville based hairdresser with 9 years of experience, and a specialty in highlighting, balayage, and coloring services as well as haircutting services of all lengths and styles, including, but not limited to, long hair, medium hair, short hair, pixie haircuts, men's haircuts and fades for every texture of hair!
CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 50% cancellation fee for last minute cancellations, within 6 hours of scheduled service, which will be applied to the card on file. If this charge fails, the balance will be added to the balance of the following service. This charge may be avoided with direct communication with the stylist, and may not be applied in the case of emergencies beyond the client or stylist's control. Appointment no-shows operate on a 3 strike policy. If a client misses a total of 3 appointments within a 6 month time frame (from the first appointment missed), the third no-show will be charged 50% of the last service scheduled. This policy may reset once 6 months have elapsed since the previous and most recently missed appointment.
